Europe ↔ Africa
Our anchor, not our limit.

Many industrial projects in Africa fail less for lack of need than for lack of preparation: a poorly qualified market, an unsuitable technology, a file financiers cannot read. On the other side, European manufacturers and engineering firms have the solutions but lack an understanding of the ground. AxenCor works between the two.
What we bring on the African side
- Understanding of industrial needs, sites and project owners.
- Knowledge of local conditions: logistics, power, raw materials, investment framework.
- Working in Portuguese, French and English.
What we bring on the European side
- Identification and consultation of technologies, manufacturers (OEMs) and engineering firms suited to the project.
- Translation of local needs into usable technical specifications.
- Files that meet the expectations of investors and financing institutions.
Why Angola first
Angola is our first market. Oil still accounts for more than 90% of its goods exports, and the 2023–2027 National Development Plan makes diversification — agriculture, livestock, industry — a priority 1 2. The country has vast uncultivated arable land and dynamic non-oil sectors, including diamonds 1. As a founding member of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries (CPLP), it opens onto the wider Portuguese-speaking world 3.
Our method is not country-specific: it applies to any early-stage industrial project, in Portuguese-, French- and English-speaking Africa and beyond.
Corridors and infrastructure
The Lobito corridor links the port of Lobito, on Angola's Atlantic coast, to the mining regions of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Zambia via the Benguela railway 4. For some industrial projects, this kind of infrastructure changes access to materials, transport costs and regional markets: we factor it in from the opportunity stage.

An example
Case 001 — FeSi Project, Angola: a need in Angola's mining sector, milling and classification technologies available internationally, a study structured through to the financing file.
