Data we collect
- Contact form: name, business email, organisation, profile, message; optional: project country, project stage.
- Email exchanges: the information you choose to send us.
- Technical data: connection logs processed by the hosting provider for site security (IP address, date, page viewed).
Purposes and legal bases
Your data is never sold or used by third parties for marketing.
- Responding to your request and preparing a possible discussion about your project — pre-contractual steps or legitimate interest.
- Following up the business relationship — legitimate interest.
- Protecting the site against spam and abuse — legitimate interest.
Recipients
Data is processed by AxenCor only. Technical providers access it strictly for their service: website hosting (Cloudflare), email (OVHcloud).
Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers may process data outside the European Union. For Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), these transfers rely on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention
No longer than 3 years after our last exchange, unless a contract is in progress or the law requires otherwise. Technical logs: period set by the hosting provider.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@axencor.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL (cnil.fr).

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Only elements strictly necessary for its operation and security may be used.
